Why You Should Book A Maternity Session In The Bahamas

- Sometimes, it is hard to remember pregnancy. Some pregnant women are sick most of the time, some are exhausted, all while the months are counting down. You will want to look back and see just how incredible you truly are.
Nine months goes by so soon, trust me. I know from my own mommy experience. With each passing year, maternity photography gets more and more popular. I hardly took any professional photos for my first pregnancy. I might dig out just one or two from an old scrapbook, but that is it. Oh, how I wish I had more taken. Let me convince you why you need this session done.
- You either live or plan to visit the beautiful Bahamas. Why not take advantage of all the beauty found though out the islands. There are several beaches I would recommend for your session.
- You will want to look back on yourself carrying your blessing. Your body is so strong and accomplished a lot in a small time frame.

Important Details & Optional Package Upgrades
- A 25% retainer is required with a signed contract. Once that is received, your booking is confirmed. The remainder is due one week prior to our session together.
- Your private online gallery is delivered 1-7 business days after our session. It all depends on which package you choose.

Newborn Photography
In addition to maternity sessions, I also photograph newborns. I recommend scheduling newborn sessions within the first few weeks of your child's birth. We can work together to play things by ear. Because newborns lose that "newborn look" so quickly, the sooner we get the pictures taken, the better.
I take a very natural approach to all my newborn photos. I tend to work with a minimal amount of props, I love to incorporate both mom and dad into some of the pictures, as well. If you have other children, we'll certainly include them in this newborn picture party, too.
In addition to straight forward newborn sessions, I also provide milestone pictures, which include a newborn, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month and 1-year session. These are booked and paid for as one collection. We can schedule each of the five sessions in advance, or we can pencil them in as it's convenient to your schedule.

I will soften the face to remove temporary blemishes, acne or bruising. But I do not offer any Photoshop services that alter you or the overall image.

can I have the raw files?
How do we secure our booking with you?
Pre/Post Session Questions
No, I do not send raw files or files in any format other than .jpeg. When reviewing the final images, I will always include everything. I promise not to leave out anything I think you might love.
Ready to make it official? Great! I send over your invoice and contract via email. You review it and sign everything electronically.
We are camera shy, will that be an issue?
What do we wear for our session?
Nope! Most feel that way, so you are not alone. My approach involves the perfect blend of light prompting and giving you both the space to feel comfortable being your true self. I want to capture your genuine love.
After your booking is complete, I will send over a style guide that will help direct you on building outfits that work seamlessly with the location you decide on.
